The work covers formation cutting, drainage, slope protection, and basic surfacing suitable for hilly terrain, with provision for culverts at stream crossings. The road will reduce travel time for farm and dairy produce, improve emergency connectivity in winter, and support tourism-linked livelihoods through safer, shorter movement.
