Chaglagam region faces frequent surface erosion due to extreme rainfall and fragile terrain. This package proposes rigid concrete pavement with proper shoulders, catch water drains and slope protection measures to ensure structural stability. The upgraded road will improve year–round access to essential services, reduce travel time to Hawai HQ and support safer mobility for villagers, school children and small traders who depend on this corridor for daily movement.
